Returns Policy

If you're having second thoughts, don't worry, you have 10 days from your delivery date to return it

To be eligible for a return your item/s should adhere to the following requirements:

You have 10 days from the date your order was delivered to create a return request and send your item/s back.

Proof of postage

Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on it ways back to us. We reserve the right to refuse a refund failure to do so.

Inspection

The item/s should be returned back to us unused with garment tags and labels still attached so we can proceed with your refund. We will only refuse a return if the item/s sent is outside the return policy or is in a unsellable condition. For those that are damaged or soiled will be refused and sent back to the customer.

Late Returns

Late returns are not eligible for a refund and will be automatically refused upon creating a request.


How to return your purchase

Go to our return portal, (click on 'Make A Return' below) select which item(s) you are returning and why.

Download your returns label and attach to your parcel. You may need to go to your nearest drop off point.

We do not currently offer free returns, you will be responsible for the return costs which is non-refundable.

Alternatively, you can return using our courier provider DHL by quoting our account number, simply email us by clicking ‘Contact Us’
