How Does It Work?

If you’re unsure of the process, see how it works below:

  • Tell us about your part exchange watch as well as the watch you wish to part exchange for. If we don’t currently have it within our inventory, we can source your desired watch.

  • We'll send you an initial estimate on your watch. If you’re happy, send us your watch using a reliable courier service like DHL or arrange a collection with our team, alternatively, send us detailed images and videos.

  • When we receive your part exchange watch, it will be inspected by one of our manufacturer approved service experts before making you a final offer.

  • We’ll make you a final offer on your part exchange. If you’re happy with this, your new watch will be dispatched to you or you can collect at your own convenience.
